AL-Zwai Residential Compound

In March 2023, Pearl Designs developed the façade designs for the Al-Zwai family’s residential compound, which included staff housing, a guest house, and supporting buildings. The concept maintained a cohesive architectural language across all structures, emphasizing harmony and continuity throughout the compound.

Using a refined modern-minimalist approach, the façades were crafted with a palette of whites and greys, echoing the elegance of the main duplex house. Clean lines, balanced proportions, and thoughtful lighting details brought a sense of unity and sophistication to the entire development—showcasing Pearl Designs’ mastery in cohesive architectural expression and Imagination Made Manifest.
